「A beautiful cottage perfectly located within the Roanoke area. Dawn is a wonderful host and the cottage has all you could ask for. Very cozy and relaxing retreat at the end of the day.」

The hosts made check-in and check-out super simple and contactless. 「This place exceeded our expectations! From the goats to the creek to the spacious and well stocked rental, we couldn’t have chosen a better location. Being as dog friendly as it is made it even better. We loved the goat snuggles, ATV ride, and even bought shirts to remember our visit. It was so quiet and peaceful and the views were gorgeous! Warren and Sylvia were wonderful hosts and we will absolutely be back again in the future! 」

「Very clean apartment. Good layout. Room to sleep five if you need it. Only weakness is actually trying to identify which door in the building leads to the space. Was listed as "B" on the VRBO site, but the door says "D." Other than that, a great place with a fair price in a super location.」

「Great location for a weekend in Blacksburg. We were in town for a football game. The apartment is super cute and walkable to downtown and Lane Stadium. Highly recommend. 」

「As an alumni to VT my husband and I were excited to show off the school to our accepted son. The property was perfectly located and comfortable for a weekend. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! Very large, clean and perfect place to stay. The bathroom is on the other side of the room away from the sleeping areas so there is no inconvenience if others are sleeping. Great sofa area with large TV and bar area. Perfect location to VT and Blacksburg!」
