"Excellent location, beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Osprey apartment, the view was incredible and the bed was comfy! Captain Pips is definitely older but it is perfectly charming with great amenities. Definitely go on a Spirit Snorkeling excursions They also have a great gift shop with everything you would need! ! We would stay there again for sure. "

"The views were beautiful. I communicated with Joe about the comfort of the outdoor furniture. Way old and very uncomfortable. We asked if they could bring just 2 comfortable chairs for out side. We were told that this was impossible. I don’t know if this answer or not anybody"

"Kitchen and bathroom need an upgrade. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, the coffee maker was leaking water underneath it. Dining table looked like it was not cleaned. Other than that it was a nice area to stay."
