Amazing Cabin

It was a beautiful cabin and very clean. A super amazing view and the hot tub was already hot and ready when we arrived! Definitely recommend.

Great vacation getaway! Was perfect for our family of four. Beautiful views of the mountains!

We loved staying at the cabin! Definitely looking at booking it for our next vacation. Nicely decorated with a great floor plan. My favorite part was sitting out on the deck overlooking the mountains with my morning coffee. Would definitely recommend!

Overall a great place to stay

We definitely enjoyed our stay and the gorgeous view. After a full day of walking around various places in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg it was nice to come back and relax in the hot tub. We did have some difficultly finding the cabin which was up a up a very steep hill.

My stay

My stay consisted of someone else's hair in the bed on the fitted sheets. The duvet on the bed could have not been cleaned. Also, the living room t.v was not working. Someone had to come and fix it the next day. Lots of ants and spiders. Great location and style of cabin.

Very nice

We rented this cabin in early March 2021. We had a 3 year old and also an 8 month old. It was very accommodating for our family. We stayed from a Monday until Sunday. The only complaints we had was the driveway. If it’s winter you’d have to have 4wd or Awd. Hope this helps. Everything was super nice and even had signed photos of movie stars. This was pretty exciting to me personally. I’m a huge movie buff. Also you might want to bring DVDs. The tv works but not all of the time.

Tips / Suggestions

Don't use google maps after you enter the site. Electronics (TV's) were a bit of struggle. Bedroom remote did not have any batteries (requested batteries Wednesday when we arrived, we received Saturday late am). Then I discovered teh power cord from the transformer was unplugged. Family room tv has to be on HDMI3 to get regular TV. Not enough silverware in kitchen, constantly doing dishes to replenish silverware. Have a laminated "how to" operate TV's saves a lot of time for renters.

Nice cabin but needs updates, fix cleaning and maintance issues

This cabin is an older and needs some work which the owners are doing. But the maintance is not being kept up. When we arrived we had to hammer the porch rails because they were loss and so our 2 year old wouldn't fall. Then our dryer didn't would had to call and we didn't have a dryer for 2 days due to a part. But no one called me after the first day and I was glad I brought extra towels and wash clothes cause we wouldn't have had any more. I had to call the next morning again and the part guy called me to tell me when he was coming so we could plan a nap around when he was coming. But still no one left a card or called me to tell me it was a fixed. Our dishwasher also had mold in it so we had to clean before we used it. The mattress it pretty bad my husband couldn't sleep needs to update it. There needs to be a lock or a chain on the door before my 2 year old could open the door.

Good mountain view. Steep and narrow driveway. Parking area very small for large vehicle.

Arrived on Sunday to ants on the kitchen counters. Kitchen, living room, and bedroom pictures different than in online photos, newer, but website pictures need updating. Bed is very firm and hard. Woke up with backache everyday. Shower head dribbles water out with barely any pressure. Dishwasher DOES NOT CLEAN dishes, had to wash dishes by hand. Reported to office and maintenance came but wasn't resolved during our stay. Didn't realize hot tub was not private nor on the front porch for bears to prey on...as well as the grill. Like the resort setting, very quiet, and liked that we were only minutes from town. We have a child that is autistic, and while you may not encounter that often with customers, we couldn't sleep comfortably knowing he could easily open the door to get out with no way to lock door from the inside. Overall: great view but would not stay in this cabin again.

Check in a breeze and Beautiful view of the mountains, clean, decorative, cozy and relaxing cabin.

We had a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was nice and clean, and decorated very nice, however the TV in the cabin was a small TV like a 32 inch which in our opinion threw the whole decor off. We felt that the owners could at least invest in a 52 inch TV or bigger. The wall was certainly big enough. The small TV was a disapointment, after all hotels have bigger TV's than a 32 inch. We also was invaded by lady bugs. There were lady bugs everywhere, especially by the patio entry way. I swept up a bunch of lady bugs at least twice a day. We checked to ensure all windows and doors were secure and it was, so we could not locate how they were getting in. Thank God I'm not scare of lady bugs, but the bugs was a nuisance. Overall, it was great place to stay, and we said we would come back again.

View was magnificent! Cabin - underwhelmed!

View was fabulous!! All though the cabin was very clean, the decor was from the 70-80's and not fitting for the "lodge" look! The sleeper sofa and the king mattress were not comfortable! The view saved the stay!
