良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
This property needs some upkeep. We checked in easily and soon found we had to finish the cleaner’s job. WET towels were left in the laundry and the dryer took a long time. When I checked the bedding the sheets appeared slept in as they were very wrinkled. No laundry detergent was there. I partially used TP roll was there with no extra roll. After a long back and forth finally a Walmart delivery with laundry detergent and TP was received. When I removed the sheets to wash them before we could go to sleep I found no mattress pad on the bed and a grossly stained mattress. I asked about bedding for the sofa since the property sleeps 3 and was told they don’t provide it. There were no wine glasses, no toaster and no tea kettle. The ice maker was broken, dishes were chipped and one glass was chipped. There are only 4 bowls, plates and coffee cups so you will do dishes often. The shower temperature would change to super hot after a while. The body wash was low. The fireplace is not operable (note there that reads it is not to be used). The clubhouse and pool area is up the hill and my daughter said the pool felt “soapy”. The pool fence is also broken so if you have non swimmer kids be aware. The pool area and clubhouse was bit trashy likely from other guests who don’t monitor their kids. A resident in the apartments across the way has a pitbull they do not keep on a leash which came running toward me and my dog. The location was nice but I would stay elsewhere.
