Located within steps of the river........this property offers two King-size bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom features a flat-panel television with Xfinity cable and Wifi. The main room features a well-stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a dining table that can seat up to 6 guests plus 2 more at the breakfast bar. You also have access to a private washer & dryer plus central heat and air to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. The open family room offers additional sleeping with a queen futon sofa plus a twin sleeper chair. The large rear deck area is perfect for some relaxation and gathering with friends. Just a short walk away is a multi-table picnic pavilion near the river's edge with lots of open, greenscape to enjoy the outdoors. You will find generous, flat, covered parking underneath the pedestal home.

Amazing Place

The place was even better than we expected it was clean with everything you need and Miss Sabrina was very kind and helpful. It is really close to pigeon forge, we definitely look forward to coming back. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

The house was in a good neighborhood minutes off the parkway, which made all things in Pigeon Forge convenient. The property owner was so nice, very helpful, and was fast with getting back with us. For the price we paid, we will definitely be back to the River Retreat with our little family!

Great for Family Vacation

I stayed at the River Retreat with my husband, parents (in their 70s,) and three kids (2, 6, 8.) We found it conveniently located, cute, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen appliances/dishes/dish soap/laundry detergent. It worked really well for our vacation.

Another perfect stay

Our family has stayed here several times over the past few years. Very quiet neighborhood near the river yet close to the Parkway and attractions. Extremely clean, beds are super comfortable. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!

Our Favorite Place

This is our second time staying in Sabrina's home. Its very nice and clean. Its in a great location for everything to do. And our grandkids love walkimg the river trail. Neighborhood is very nice and safe.

Comfortable beds, great family room for watching movies, recliners built into each end of the couch, and a gas fireplace. Kitchen has a convenient coffee station with options for making a cup or whole pot of coffee.

Perfect Location for Exploring

This was a great location for exploring the area! 15 minutes to Dollywood, short drive to Smoky Mountains, and just off the busy main stretch of Pigeon Forge, yet close enough could be there in moments. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for making breakfast each day and a few dinners. Quiet neighborhood for easily taking a walk the few days we returned in daylight. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Great weekend getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. The owner was great with communication. Checkin was easy. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Very nice neighborhood. It was quiet, plenty of yard space for kids to play, and the street was perfect for evening walks. Pavilion very close by with views of the river. Would definitely stay again.
