This part of Pigeon Forge is incredibly close to the best part of town. Within 6 minutes of driving is the entrance to the Smokey Mountain National Park. 7 Minutes of driving away from Dolly Wood Park. Only 4 minutes away from The Island of Pigeon Forge where you find rides, arcade, food, shopping and a lot more. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the sound of the creek and the birds in the middle of the greenery makes it just the perfect spot to be. If you are look for a relaxing trip or a fun and exciting trip The cottage offers both.

Getting around is best by car. There is parking on the premises. Everything is within short distance a quick drive. Also, Uber eats and deliveries are available.
Please keep in mind that the cabin is in the woods so you may experience some of Mother Nature's “critters or insects”. We do have the cabin treated for them on a regular basis, but it’s not uncommon for them to slip back inside. No reduction of rent, rebate or refund will be issued due to wildlife.
DON’T FEED THE BEARS!
Bears are active in the area. If you should spot one, NEVER try to feed or get close to one. Feeding bears is not only dangerous to you, but it’s also dangerous for the bears. If bears get used to being fed at picnic areas (on purpose or via improper food storage), they may become aggressive and attack in those areas. If a bear attacks, it will have to be put down, so everyone loses in that scenario.
This is a good tip for around the cabin as well. Don’t inadvertently feed bears. Keep all food and trash contained inside or in the outside receptacle. Make sure the outside receptacle is secure at all times. For extra precaution, don't leave food inside your vehicle and keep vehicle and cabin doors locked.

NO SMOKING/VAPING: Please Note that smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden inside the cabin. Guests may utilize the porches and outside areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please DO NOT throw them off the deck or on the ground. Any evidence of smoking/vaping inside the cabin will result in a $300 fee charged to the credit card on file.

PETS: We love four-legged friends, however, to keep the cabin as clean and allergy-free as possible, we do a deep clean after our fury guests leave. Pets are allowed with a $125 Pet fee per pet. Any damage caused by your pets will be assessed as an additional fee depending on the damage.

Trash: DO NOT throw trash off the deck. Please dispose of all trash properly and keep receptacles closed and locked at all times. All Trash is removed at the end of each reservation. Please do not allow outside containers to overflow due to bear & animal problems.

Toilets: Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper & natural waste. This includes but not limited to sanitary products, paper towels or wet wipes.

Washer & Dryer: Please do not wash dark articles of clothing with the white linens and be sure to empty the lint trap after each dryer use.

Fireplace: Is for seasonal use. It is CLOSED APRIL 1-SEPTEMBER 30.

Community Pool Seasonal use: Opens week before Memorial Day and closed after Labor Day 9AM - 9PM

Please do NOT rearrange the furniture. Doing so could result in extra cleaning/maintenance fees.

Nice location for week-long family getaway

Location is not far from the Parkway and should be able to easily reach Wears Valley Rd using back roads when Florence Dr is repaired. Back yard is spacious, and back porch with hot tub is nice.

Great little getaway near downtown

Overall the stay was great - great location and proximity to Pigeon Forge. Cute little house in need of a few updates and a new A/C unit, but communication with Heba was outstanding - super quick to respond and to try and accommodate us amidst a malfunction a/c unit. The house was clean and quaint and just enough for our needs!

Great Stay

House was clean, check in was easy. The host was very communicative. There was a problem with the fans on the screened-in porch and someone was sent over right away to look at it and when it couldn't be immediately resolved, two large floor fans were offered to help us be more comfortable. The extra care and steps were very much appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay. The location was very convenient for my son's games at the Cal Ripken experience and to many other places we needed to get to. The fact that this particular property backs to the creek is a bonus as others in the neighborhood are backing to each other. The large yard and trees lining the creek made this one feel more private and spacious. We loved the big screened in porch too! Would stay again and I would highly recommend to others.

Annual Family Getaway to TN

The beds were great and clean, the recliners are very comfortable and the biggest reason we rent this home year after year. Communication is great with the host and super responsive. There are a few things that need to be addressed; blind on front door is missing several louvers, the blind covering at the top of kitchen window came down when we closed it, dog urine in several places on back deck where a male dog hiked and white straight dog hairs everywhere. There are several stains in the king bedroom on the carpet which I am pretty sure were there last year. The clear shower curtain is so light and unweighted that it blows on you while showering. These are minor nuisances but would rent again.

Great Property! Great Location!

We stayed at this wonderful property over Spring Break. There were 2 adults, 2 kids and our dog. The house was super clean, nicely decorated and many of the parts of the house looked new (like the flooring, fridge, dining room table, etc.) All the rooms had smart TV's. And there was a huge screened in porch with a foosball table and a hot tub with lights. (kids loved both!) But, the best thing about this house is the location! It was walking distance to the main strip in PF - with attractions, restaurants, etc. And a short drive to Gatlinburg and almost anything else you would want to go to in the area. But despite being so close, it still seemed quiet and "away from the action." There was a small creek out back and you could sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The neighborhood was very pet friendly and our doodle had a great time too! The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. She even ordered us a Kerig coffee maker that was there upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this property and will look to book it again in the future!
