When you enter the resort please come to our administrative office, the first building on the right as you enter the resort, where you will be greeted by our friendly front desk staff to assist you with your check in and are on staff 24/7 for any and all of your needs during your stay with us. Didn't explain the property, were the rooms were, we couldn't find our room. My door found a bone on the floor and was trying to eat it. The door wouldn't open when we tried to open it, had to knock the crap out of it . The next door out key wouldn't work, had to be rekeyed. Then they told me my room we were going to move into from the other room, we would be in by noon. I finally hot the room by 4:00 because i went an got itcfrom the front office. Aldo everything that was advertised, waterslides , water park etc. Where is it at. I paid extra so my Granddaughter would have this stuff and false advertising.
