The property was clean, impressive and exactly as advertised. It was very close to all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge, but far enough from the strip to be in a quiet location with a creek in the back. The private hot tub was a great addition to our weekend stay.

This cozy little home provided the best stay for our softball trip to TN! Nestled out of sight from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get into Pigeon Forge quickly was perfect. Our experience with the owner Alison was beyond amazing we when found ourselves in a small predicament. We will check for availability of this property first from now on when planning our Smoky Mountain trips! Pristine clean, hot tub, pool access, washer and dryer.

Happy travelers!

I stayed here with my hubby and 2 little boys. The boys were beyond thrilled with the bunk bed and hot tub. We love how easy and quick it was to get to the main strip in pigeon forge. It was also a very easy drive to gatlinburg and dollywood. The house was clean and comfortable!

Great location

Cute house, clean inside, shared drive with next door. Very close together houses in subdivision. Clean inside and property owner was responsive to all the issues we encountered which may have been mainly because the turn around from check out of other guests were same day.

Cozy Cottage

Nice location. Showed up at 4pm to check in and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to rest after long drive. The house needs some simple maintenance - carpets are stained and matted, all blinds are broke (some fixed w blue painters tape), lamp missing knob so can’t be turned on, kitchen faucet about to fall off sink, etc.

We stayed a week with our family. The location is great for Pigeon Forge, and the hot tub was clean and well-maintained. The master shower had excellent water pressure. Plenty of towels available in the bathrooms, and generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee K-Cups. Mattresses were comfortable - I believe they were foam. That said, several window blinds were broken, missing, or just in bad shape. The living room main front window only had a blackout shade (all or nothing), and the all-glass back door had no covering at all. Some areas had harsh, cool-toned lighting while the living room and front bedroom lacked enough lamps. No rugs in the main living area made the space feel less homey, and some easy decorative touches could go a long way. Master bath needs a hand towel bar.The cable TV in the living room had no sound no matter what we tried, so we gave up on it entirely. The back door deadbolt required significant force to align and lock/unlock, which was a hassle every time we wanted to access the back deck. The biggest inconvenience was the washing machine failing mid-stay, leaving clothes soaked after every cycle. Alison was responsive and eventually got a new one installed, but it took a few days to resolve, which is not ideal on vacation.Alison was friendly and communicated well throughout. The cottage has potential, but some deferred maintenance and a few cozy additions would make it a much better experience.

Nice cottage-sized home in a quiet location

The house is located in a strip of small house/cottages, many appear to be rentals. It's an extremely well-kept area with a community pool easily within walking distance. The AC works great! This house is ideal for families with younger children, as the bunk beds, trundle bed, and sleeper sofa would likely not be comfortable for adults. This location had excellent internet service, TV's, and even a small box of DVD's appropriate for a wide age range. There are plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils for cooking a wide variety of meals. This cottage certainly met out needs, from grandfather to kindergartener.

Wonderful place

Our family stayed here for a long weekend in Pigeon Forge. The small home was a in a nice neighborhood with other rental properties. It was equipped with everything we needed from cooking supplies to bedding and it felt like home for us. We only have a few things we feel could be changed. 1 - bring your own toilet paper, it is kind of rough like most professionally cleaned places, and 2 - we only wish that there were some chairs or something on the back deck to sit and enjoy our coffee. Otherwise, the place was ideal and we would love to stay again. We have already recommended it to some Of our friends who frequent the area.

Cute Cottage in Lovely Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was wonderful and messaged almost immediately if we had any questions. Cottage was so neat and clean and the neighborhood was really nice and quiet even though it was literally 2 minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. Loved being so close to everything and we will definitely stay here again.
