Its located 2min from parkway in the Pigeon Forge. Traffic light number 7. It has 2 BEDROOMS with queen beds. All is in one main level contains a 2 bedrooms with queen beds, flat screen TVs, 1 bathroom ,brand new kitchen and appliances, authentic wagon wheel dining table, you can also enjoy the electric fireplace in living room. There is Kenmore steam washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside is one small deck with 2 rockers and one bigger deck of the side with charcoal grill and hot tub, OUTDOOR BED and dining table with 4 chairs and umbrella. There are 3 TV's in cabin. 1000 (per courthouse records) square feet .The best thing about our cabin is it is secluded but is convenient to everything. (Walmart - 4 miles, Grocery store - 1 mile, Old Mill Rest. and shopping 3/4 miles, Dollywood ...2 miles, Gatlinburg - 7 miles, Ripken Baseball Park 2 blocks). We are located approx. 3 miles from stoplight #2 in Pigeon Forge. .

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Such a great cabin! Perfect for a couple or small group, We went for a long weekend and enjoyed every second of it. The cabin itself was so clean and so nice! Bed was soft and comfortable,and the hot tub was such a welcomed relief after walking all day!

We had a great stay. The cabin was wonderful, the beds were great & the location was perfect. It was nice getting in the hot tub after a day of walking. Our only complaint was the living room furniture. We came back to the cabin to relax & the furniture just was not comfortable. We would be back!

Cabin was fantastic. Very private and comfortable. Parking was a bit tough with a truck. Probably easier with a smaller vehicle. I would recommend it for any couple looking to have alone time but only a few minutes from entertainment, food, and all kinds of fun activities.

I’m very picky about where I stay when away. This cabin was very clean, cute and smelled clean and like home. Hot tub area was relaxing and clean. The location was close to everything too. It was super peaceful and relaxing, which was exactly what us moms needed! The owner lives right by and introduced herself and told us she was available if we ever needed anything. We would stay again if we ever go back.

Vacation with teens

This was my and my sister's third visit to Happy Trails, but the first for her two teens. They absolutely loved the place- didn't complain once (about the cabin)! The cabin is so cute, well-maintained, and super clean! Communication with the owner is great. Check-in and out processes are easy. Happy Trails has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and a beautiful bathroom. Monika provides TVs with Roku in the living room and bedrooms, a game system and board games. On the private back porch, there are two rocking chairs, two tables and chairs, a grill, a loveseat/ couch, and a hot tub for a relaxing evening. It's close to Dollywood, the Old Mill District, and The Island, but it is pretty quiet, even on the weekends. I highly recommend staying at Happy Trails! I can't wait to go back again!

House was sufficient

House was sufficient in that it was a 2 BR house that was accurately described. The property is listed as close to lots of different activities within PF, however, the house is wrapped around so many roads and trees it was very hard to find. The access to the property is almost impossible with a vehicle as the ONE parking spot available is down a blind hill. To get out of the property you have to back up and turn around the same blind corner. A heads up would have been nice to know this. We came in the dark and I had a very hard time trying to figure where to go, how to get in and how to get out.

The location and house were perfect for our needs. We were there for a week long baseball tournament and was within minutes of both parks we had to play at.
