"I would have to admit that this resort is a little worn out, but the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the Blue Conch restaurant on site served excellent food, and every balcony had a view of the beautiful blue ocean. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Exuma!"

"We stayed here over Christmas and New Year's. The hosts are wonderful. Very friendly and very responsive. The condo is modern, very clean and had most everything we needed. The hosts live on site so they are usually around if you need anything. The beach is just steps away and is beautiful and hardly anyone else around. It is a nice long beach for walks and fairly calm water most days if you wanted to get in. The location is great! Literally 10 minutes from the airport and 15 - 25 minutes from most everything else we wanted to do and see. We had a rental car which was very helpful for getting groceries (you typically have to stop several places to get all that you want/need) and to explore this beautiful island. (our car was from Berlie's which I highly recommend also. We look forward to returning to this beautiful island!"

"Villa Oceania was the perfect getaway for my family. The property is minutes from the airport but we never heard, or saw, a plane over our 5 days. The Villa is central to the island easy access to sites. The house was spacious, very clean, and well stocked. The back was heavenly with many places to relax by the pool, or take a kayak or paddle board. They even had wave boards and beach toys.Each time we came back to the property it took our breath away. We didn't want to leaveHighly recommended!!"

"Outstanding house with perfect views. The house was perfect in every way. Extremely clean, perfectly maintained, and well stocked (love the water filtration system). Some of the best views in the Caribbean from the back yard. Highly recommend. Both the Owner (Sidney) and the Mgmt Staff (Virginia) were great to work with. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and the locals on Exuma might be the friendliest!"

"We just returned from our first trip to Exuma. We rented Casa Del Mar based on location, reviews and amenities offered... and it was wonderful! It is a very nice modern design home situated in a "resort feeling" setting of beautiful landscaping. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers to take to the beach. The interior is stunning, with everything you need and more and the privacy of the pool with sun lounges and the court is superb. Highly recommended!"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Mosstown, Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year. "This was our family trip for my father-in-law‘s 70th birthday and it did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location with a beautiful views that you’ll get nowhere else. With access to the peace and plenty I can’t imagine it being better. We were there mid July and had beach access the whole time. And our favorite part was the patio at the beachfront. We would definitely stay there again."
