"Our family of 10 people ranging from infants to the elders, had an amazing time staying at this wonderful property! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own spaces in the 2 separate buildings. The location is truly spectacular, on an amazing beach stretch with the most stunning water you’ve ever seen. We were amazed by the how private the beach was, and how most days we didn’t see more than a couple of other people in any direction.The kids enjoyed the pool, which was lovely to have and just has been fully renovated from what we learned.Angelique and Gabby were an amazing hosts, taking care of all our endless need and questions.Exuma is our favorite Island by a long stretch now!Thank you, Casa Del Mar, for the amazing time. "The view was STUNNING as you walked in the front door!Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked with everything you need to cook your food. We loved the fact that it was centrally located on the island. We had one issue with one bathroom shower as the water wouldn't get very warm but we would highly recommend this place!"

"This place was perfect for us since we needed one night near the GGT airport. It is close to the airport and very comfortable. We could walk a couple minutes to a beach with no one else around. The proprietors were very nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The Internet was a little slow. There were no nearby restaurants or food stores, but we took a taxi to Georgetown for a most delicious dinner. If you spend time there, it might be best to rent a car."

"We were amazed at this slice of paradise! It was our third trip back to Exuma in the past year. We have rented a large home, room at a resort hotel and now the carriage house. It had everything we needed for the week. It’s hard to find a place that is perfect for two people with a full kitchen and the most amazing grounds including an infinity pool and hot tub on the most beautiful sandy beach in Exuma. Communication with the owners was very quick. We will be back! "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Mosstown, Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and the most authentic Exuma experience imaginable!"

"A nice little one bedroom home. This place has no frills but has everything you need. The ac and all appliances work. It's a little ways from attractions and the main area. A rental car is a must. The power goes off on the island for short periods and the water pressure can be poor at times. Great place to sleep for the price. "

"GlenRoy is an excellent host very nice and is very willing to help you in anyway he can , we definitely recommend him . The house was clean , My sister and I both felt very comfortable and safe we had no issues . House is close to airport, approximately 5 minute drive. It is centrally located, in Moss Town making it easy to go in any direction for exploration. Price was reasonable for all the amenities."
