「La struttura è molto bella e pulita, in un vecchio convento. Anche se c'erano pochi ospiti, i muri sono molto sottili, si sentono tante rumori dalle stanze vicine. I bagni sono puliti ma hanno bisogno di manutenzione. Porte che non si chiudono bene e rubinetti che perdono.」

「This review is less about the property itself than it is about the staff. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff who asked us to sit in the common room while we waited for her colleague. The common room was very nice - all shared accomodations and things to do. I noticed they had beach towels available for guests to use which is very kind. Everything I saw was very clean and tidy. Once the colleague arrived she explained to us that there was an issue in our room - a pipe had...

「I stayed in The dorms which were spotless, my daughter and granddaughter had a room which also was lovely and and clean, breakfast was a good variety but the Cooked Food could of been hotter, other than that our stay was perfect.」

「This amazing & historical Hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s central & close location to the harbor & all it has to offer is 2nd to none. The rooms were spotless & comfortable as well. The wonderful staff, including all the people manning the restaurant surpassed our expectations & attended to our every need. Daniela at Front Desk & Paula in Housekeeping were beyond helpful, efficient & incredibly lovely to deal with.. We will be recommending AZORES Faial Gardens to all our friends...
