「A nightmare check-in experience — do not recommend
My check-in instructions said to go to the front desk when I arrived. When I got to the property, there was no front desk at all. I spoke with security, who confirmed I was at the correct address, but told me I should have been provided with a unit number and door code. I had received neither.
I immediately contacted Hotels.com, but they were unable to reach anyone at the property. I waited for about an hour while trying to get the situation...

「大変便利な所にありコスパが高い。ただ対面式のホテルではないので、一時預かりの荷物等がある際は、前もっての連絡が、必要。我々は、チェックイン前の1時に、荷物だけ置いてもらいました、
