The location was in walking distance to all of our planned activities and locations for our trip. Everything about the room was great.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Location is amazing for any events in the area, everything walkable
Suite itself was underwhelming, felt worn. Probably could have overlooked some of the details that were missed in the suite, but the fact that the "sofa bed" was an air mattress was incredibly disappointing and we felt mislead by the posting.
Check in was super easy. Kind of hard to find the entrance for the first time but after that it was a breeze. The unit was in a great spot and was very clean! Overall great stay!
Unit was very clean and comfortable. Loved it was close to all the amenities. The parking is one thing that can be worked on. Signage for the levels is not very clear.
Super frustrating we had to pickup keys in a separate location. Wish it was all in one place.
We also booked at 14 york st, and got told the day of we are residing at 300 front st. Super confusing!
The unit as advertised and confirmed was not the building we stayed in but only after I complained. The unit was okay but not great. Mold in bathrooms, blinds all broken and towels horrible. Cleanliness not great. When you left you just left the unit open and when check in same thing so was paranoid someone could be in the unit.
False promise of parking. Listing says “parking included” but when I went to the promised spot it was occupied. And good luck getting any service from anyone! These units are condos that are rented like airbnbs. Landlords are absent. You get a 1-800 number to call (and you only get voicemail). The only actual employees onsite are security guards. When I asked the security what to do about the occupied parking space he started yelling at me in broken English that I could not park there, that visitors were not allowed, and these spots were exclusively for “residents”. I ended up paying for parking at public lot nearby. After resting for a few hours I went to take a photo of the plate of the car that was formerly in the spot promised to me. And the spot was vacant, so I went to get my car out of the paid lot and parked in “my” spot. The next morning I get a handwritten note on my car: “please move your car! This is my spot! I had to park in XX instead”. (Btw the car in spot XX was different than the one that was occupying previously). Is the parking lot management renting out open spots to a valet service on the side? Are owners promising too few spots to too many short-term renters? Are guests of visitors and/or residents simply taking their chances and parking in open spots that they have no right to? Dunno. But something fishy is going on. If you want dedicated reliable parking I would not stay here.
