「Beautiful hotel. Very regal. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Lovely big immaculate rooms Away from the main city but a short ride away Will def be on my list for future」

「Rooms very clean. In room food service expensive 」

「Very disappointing. Booked for 3 night and left after first night. Perhaps not for Western travellers. Roof top area not open. Condition of property poor and very dusty. 」

「The hotel took payment but didn’t have any rooms and refuses to refund the payment..DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. The booking was made through Expedia who are also stalling on the repayment. I wouldn’t use either company again」

「Great service and friendly staff 」

「Good vibe , super helpful staff. But need to clean bit coffee area in room, some ants were there」

「Akshay and his wife Jyoti are extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and help you plan your daily sightseeing trips. Hot breakfast is on demand and you can order omelets or Indian breakfast items on demand. The best part is the haveli has a local architecture touch which blends well with tge ambience of Udaipur.」

「Staff gentilissimo.

「Staff was excellent and meals were good too.」

「Pros-Hotel in Lal Ghat area close to city palace entrance. Ethereal feel to this hotel. Lovely clean rooms, reception arranged late check out very helpful. Rooftop pool very nice. Great courtyard ambience in this boutique hotel, with lots of books doted around. Cons-lots of steps to access hotel, once inside lifts available. Probably not good if you have mobility difficulties」

「Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast has buffet as well as hot counters with a vast variety and really good selection. Staff was very polite and helpful. Property is well maintained」
