「We did not stay at the hotel. It was dirty smelly and the entrance to the hotel was lined with poo. In The room the waste bin had spit and dirt and muck on it. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom and toilets were not clean. We could not stay there for these reasons. We would like a full refund. Also the cost online is much cheaper to what we paid to Expedia.we were not happy with the service and the pictures and reviews given on Expedia.com were misleading It was claustrophobic. 「It's a nice hotel located just outside the old City. The only issue is that they don't serve non veg food.」

「The behaviour of the employees are outstanding. Rooms are spacious, clean, quality of food is excellant. Overall excellant stay.」

「I liked this hotel. It is quirky - an old haveli, rooms are all interesting and the landing areas between them have seating / meeting areas - cool and pleasant spaces. The room towels are a non-original shade of grey. Not dirty at all but not new I suppose. The dining area has a clear view of the lake and above it is more seating again with glorious views. The breakfast is comprehensive - some lovely pancakes - and the service there is excellent. 」
