"We had a lovely stay at this little boutique hotel. Easy access to train station, great breakfast, and we were quite surprised and very appreciative of early check-in and a little personalized note with cookies in our room! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The Palace Hotel, although pricey, was worth it for location, breakfast that was included daily and the Patio Garden restaurant was excellent! The ferry doc and ticket booth were right across the street which made it easy to use the ferry to get around the lake. The staff was excellent and helping make dinner reservations, suggest nearby restaurants to try, book our private boat tour, and also booked a private transfer for us back to Milan. We were extremely impressed when a Maserati arrived for a private transfer. The room was awesome even though we did not have a view of the lake, that did not bother us since we were only using it to sleep. They advertise the room as having a double bed, the to our surprise. It was a king-size bed! Would definitely stay here again"

"Great hotel with a large rooftop terrace and medium pool & pool bar. A 20min reasonably flat walk down to the lake. A Ramen, Sushi & supermarket close by. Good breakfast.. nothing fancy but everything you want for a continental breakfast. Lovely breakfast room. Staff at reception very helpful."

"We had a good sized room at the front of the hotel - absolutely beautiful view of the courtyard!! Large window, black out blinds at night. Great to have a kettle and small bar fridge (it was quite small, though). Bed was reasonably comfortable, pillows quite flat (asked for more and they were supplied). Not sure if flat pillows is a "thing" in Italy?? A/C worked OK - but seemed to struggle to keep up in that room (temperatures in the mid 20's). Asked for an extra fan which really helped move the air around. Shower definitely needs some attention - no proper ledge to keep water from flowing out onto the floor. Asked for shower curtain - none available. Could see that previous water damage had caused issues with the bathroom door. In spite of these issues, I would stay again - great location!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Bed and Breakfast Storico. The location was fantastic, everything was exactly as described, and Marco was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We felt very welcome and well looked after. When we return to Como, this accommodation will definitely be our first choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
