"A Little complicated check in and parking instructions due to hillside location and narrow roads but the staff was responsive very patient and helpful. "I came to Hotel Aida with my Dad for two nights. Our rooms were ready on arrival at 1pm and Giovanni out us in rooms next to each other. All the staff wished us a warm welcome. The dining room was pleasant, the terrace was very comfortable and everything about the stay was just so welcoming. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers were nice. Honestly for a 3 star they were at the top end. Could not fault them at all. Thank you Giovanni and staff for such a lovely visit. "

"We were looking forward to a relaxing break at this hotel. Our room was supposed to be a superior room but was disappointing. When I booked on the hotels.com website it showed the hotel having a pool and this was a chief selling point. There was no pool. The hotel is right on the edge of Pietra Ligure so it's a fair walk to where restaurants and shops are. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu and is quite pricey especially for wine. As we weren't happy overall we cut short our stay. In fairness the breakfast was very good and the views from the restaurant were outstanding "
