「今回、屋内プールと野外プール、SPA ジャグジー、サウナがあるという事でこのホテルを選びました。 でも実際には夏はサウナも室内プールもジャグジーもやっていないようで、利用できませんでした。 外のプールは、宿泊者以外も利用できるようでものすごく混んでいました。 利用するには、宿泊者も外から来ても10€、料金がかかるようです。 部屋の空調も良くなくて 部屋に冷蔵庫はあったけど、飲み物が全く無く 部屋でくつろぐという感じではありませんでした。 なぜこのホテルが4つ星クラスなのか？ 理解できません。 事前に利用できる条件の表示が不足しています。 利用可能な期間 有料、ならその金額、 予約の要、不要など。。 もっと事前に表示すべきだと感じました。 室内プールとジャグジーがあったから 高価な四つ星のホテルを選んだのに、ホテルで楽しめないのは本当に泊まった事を後悔します。 このホテルだけではなくて、もっと事前調査をして利用できない曜日や期間があるなら、予約前に共有してほしいです。 」

「Tenuta il Cigno was an absolute haven. A beautiful property with cozy rooms and a very comfortable bed, with the quiet bustle of farm work and of horses in their paddocks. I was amazed by Stefano and his team's attentiveness and kindness and I hope to spend many more afternoons lounging by the pool and riding near the river.」

「Authentic little boutique hotel with very friendly owner Lorenzo! The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel pool large and clean as well. The mansion is located in a quiet area and there is a short drive to pretty small cities near by. We had a really great stay there and only regret we didn't stay longer...」
