"The hotel is in a great walking area but difficult for a car/parking. The bed was very uncomfortable and there is little in the room - no cups, no coffee, no fridge. The staff at the desk were not very welcoming no “Welcome to the hotel”” or “did you enjoy your stay?”. They do have a great breakfast and the area is authentic old town."

Unfortunately, the tub drain stopper in our room got stuck so the water wasn’t draining properly. We had to ask for staff’s help a few times.
