"Room cleaning is every other day. But the day we requested, cleaners never came. But we just asked for extra toilet papers and towels and they provided it. We threw our trash away. Overall, the front reception was very helpful and accommodating."

"Let's put it this way..I would not stay there again. First off both Moscow and pullman are college towns...so most of the rentals happen twice a year for graduation. That in mind...when we got into the room, both the sink and tub water was brown. I had to let the water run 10 minutes before it ran clear. Secondly the TV cable did not work, so no TV. My daughter travels with a fire stick so we were able to watch a movie. Then the upstairs neighbor was really load...maybe more sound proofing needs to happen. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, cereal, juices, coffee , biscuits & gravy. It was available from 6-10 which was nice if you needed to sleep in. Lots of available parking. Arby's and Wendy's and liquor store that you could walk to in 3 minutes. Idaho University was across the street."
