The apartment itself was amazing.Living room is spacious with nice couch,balcony has two deck chairs and you can enjoy nice sea view,lying down on them,each bedroom has bathroom and every facility like hairdryer,hangers are equipped. But staff service was sometimes not very nice. First, we asked them to pickup at airport on our arrival,but no one was there.we called the hotel,then they said we didn't confirm. But we did for sure, we told them we wanted to confirm and told them our flight information and everything and THEY SAID ITS CONFIRMED!! After all, staff on the phone told us to take a shared van by ourselves. It was really painful,since it stops every passengers hotel and it took more than 2 hours to get to our hotel. We wasted lots of time with all the tiredness on the first day and didn't even feel like going out for dinner.
Second, the room cleaning up service was poor.There were lots of bugs in the rooms but weren't cleaned up,just left till our last day. Bathtub was never cleaned,one day the garbage in the bathroom was all still remained,new towel was missing.
Plus those,they says they serves breakfast from 6:30 but actually it starts around 8:00,which they should have told first. However, most of the staff was very nice and tried to help us so they are not bad people. They just need to improve.
