Manager Chris er konstant behjælpelig, men hotellet er slidt, ældet og fugtigt. Morgenmaden på nabobistro er beskeden, men tilkøb er mulig til små penge. Hyggeligt gårdmiljø ved den lille pøl. Den store pøl lever fuldt op til ønskerne.

Room had an unpleasant smell. Mouse faeces under the kitchen sink. Shower nozzle was dirty and sprayed out water in every direction. The bed was extremely hard. Air con only worked sometimes. The breakfast was ordinary.

A little more effort will go a long way

The hotel reception is not the easiest place to find as it seems to be in a parade of shops and not connected to the hotel. The reception is not manned all day which can be problematic. I was shown to my room but there is no information on breakfast times or where to take it, pool times, how to access Wi-Fi, reception times etc. The room is dated and there is no shower screen so the whole bathroom floor becomes wet. The water is hot and toiletries are provided. Unfortunately my first night's sleep was interrupted by late night swimmers and noise from next door. There are two buildings, one near the big pool and one near the small pool. I was near the small pool which is not so inviting and I imagine being on the ground floor near the big pool would be much better. The location is very good but if there was a bar and restaurant on the complex I did not see it and it was certainly not advertised.

Lovely Location, Close to everything

You need to show on your website the differance between the Club Hotel and the Club Residence, which are adjoined to each other, your website shows pictures of the Club Residence which I thought I had booked, got there at 9.55pm and reception closed, Long flight from melbourne and did not need the hassle,luckily the cab driver phoned them for me and someone finally came out, Reception closed for the two weeks I was there,after finally changing room, after the first was a discrace I had a lovely stay in a two storey Villa, Close to all main attractions and a 5 minute stroll to Kamala Beach.

Recommend This Hotel

The check-in was excellent, I didn't arrive till 9.30 pm and the owner personally kept the reception open. She had checked me in and all I needed was the key, well done and thanks for that. I also needed a late checkout and this was granted, checked out around 6.30 with reception closed, I just left the key in the room and no dramas. Wonderful.

Hotellet var ok med bra rum och flera pooler. Frukosten kontinental. Ligger vid huvudgatan och inte så mysigt område. Ca 10 till strand och shopping.

Fint til et par overnatninger

Vi anvendte hotellet to nætter på gennemrejse og som sådan udfyldte det vores behov. Værelset var fint og rent men mulighederne for solbadning ved swimmingpool var ringe. Billedet af hotel og swimmingpool viste sig at være en anden bygning.

Bra service och fina rum

Vi hade problem med incheckningen då vår bokning inte hade kommit fram till hotellet men vi fick jättebra service och dom fixade ett rum åt oss ändå (det sista dom hade ledigt). Mysigt rum med sköna sängar och bra luftkonditionering! Inget att klaga på

Es war alles okay, sauber und ordentlich.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Man sollte keine große Erwartungen haben. Wir waren im 1. O.G und hatten alles im Blick.

Superkoselige Kamala Beach

Kamala ble første stopp på rundtur i Phuket og Krabi og Club Hotel ble en hyggelig opplevelse, faktisk så hyggelig at jeg dro tilbake senere. Jeg ble godt tatt imot, rommet var rent selv om det var litt slitt. Hotellet kan skilte med to bassenger. Det ene bassenget er veldig lite men greit for både voksne og barn å avkjøle seg og leke i, det største bassenget er i leilighetsdelen av hotellet der de har solgte leiligheter og her er det godt å kunne slange seg ved bassengkanten. Forfriskninger kjøper du i kioskene utenfor hotellet, veldig greit det også. 10 minutter koselig rusletur til den fantastiske Kamala Beach som har restauranter, massasjesteder og barer på rekke og rad. Lite og veldig koselig sentrum av Kamala har gjort dette til en favoritt blant svenske langtidsturister.
