Was good value for money to include gym and breakfast! Had smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Good location near beach, restaurants and nightlife, but quiet room to sleep. Room was slightly small to put your luggage but okay.

Hotel is centrally located to beach, shopping mall, night markets. I had an issue with the booking, when I was arrived at the hotel, the staffs can’t find my reservation. Although I gave them my reservation confirmation number, they still can’t find it. One of the staff mentioned to me, hotel’ve upgrade the systems, that why my reservation didn’t cross over to new systems. Thankfully staffs was very helpful, they’re able to give me my reservation. I would recommend to everyone to stay there.room little small, but can’t beat the price.

The area was in a Good spot it was walkable, the only thing was the bathroom was a bit dirty. But what do you expect for the price. The breakfast was good, the gym is very small but it had everything you need. The treadmill is small tho so fyi. The staff is super friendly and nice I recommend if you’re staying for a few days.

I had a great stay. I found the staff very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. Gym was well equiped, just needed a good free weight bench. Value for money unbeatable. Breakfast was great a very short walk away. Will come hear again as close to all the shops,Bangalore road etc.

Good value for money

Pleasant stay. Room with 2 beds and balcony, aircon, fridge, safe box, tv. Pros: inexpensive, breakfast included, shower hot water and good pressure, beds large, fridge cold, lots of inexpensive restaurants, shops, convenience stores nearby. Cons: location far from beachfront and Bangla Road, breakfast buffet has eggs, meat, beans, rice, but otherwise limited (no fruit or yogurt), shower is small and water will go over bathroom floor if not careful, rooms are worn and older, fridge is small, lockbox didn’t work well (had to call desk and have it opened twice), pool was closed “for cleaning,” mattresses firm but not much cushion, tv is web based (bring your own hookup). Conclusion: good hotel value for money, not a luxury, hotel, would stay again👍

Staff really good but hotel is not great for 3*

If it wasn't for the nice friendly staff my rating would be lower. The photos uploaded by the hotel does a lot of justice. It's a very old hotel where they still use metal keys but the condition has been maintained. My room's air conditioning unit was programmed to switch off after 10 mins which meant I wasn't able to get a consistent flow of cool air. The beds were fine and comfortable, bathroom is very basic, breakfast is not the best but you can find something easy to eat such as eggs and bread. My room had a balcony, however, beware there may be some pigeons who like to hang around. It's in a good location if you want the nightlife of Patong. You don't get the noise of the traffic so it's relatively quiet. In my personal opinion I think it should be a 2.5* as I have stayed in better 3* properties around the world.

Good Hotel in good location.

We were sceptical because of some reviews, but we were wrong. First of all. If you are polite and nice, you will get smiles back. The bad reviews of service are probably from “karens” we got smiles, and greetings. (One of the Night-staff was somewhat awkward, but 5/6 we met were just great) The location was perfect. Near everything. Walking distance to beach and partystreet. And shopping mall. Great restaurant just across the main Street (50m away) with 60-70 baht meals. Rooftops Pool was AMAZING sun shining whole day. And if you are quiet, you probably can have a quick swim under the stars at night ;) Breakfast had good options. Just dont go 5 minutes before it ends. We had the junior sweet with pool access. It was amazing. With bathtub. And you just open the door and the pool is there. Everything was clean. This was good.

Not ideal spot but cheap

Was not a fan of this hotel and I’ve stayed in many places before. When I checked into my room after taking a shower, the entire ac leaked water on the bed. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone over, the guy eventually came and undid the entire ac and a bunch of water sprayed out everywhere. At first I thought maybe I could change sheets and stay in the room, but the amount of water on the mattress was too much, I knew it was fair to switch rooms. I spoke to the front desk person who was not so friendly, and told him it’s only fair to switch room which luckily there was another available, though i had to argue that to be done. Finally switched rooms and overall the room was very small with no window or balcony, this is the economy room. No night stand or lamp; and a super rock hard bed. It is a budget hotel and during high season, its doable but the bed was so uncomfortable. It overall was a busy street and you can hear people in other rooms but the positive is that its a close walk to bangla and restaurants and cafes etc. Some staff was nicer than others as well. I later asked for a mattress topper because of how hard the bed was and by the next day I was able to get one from the cleaning staff. They clean room only if you put the tag on your door.

If I can give it less I would. Firstly, the pictures are NOT representative of the actual living conditions. This place lacks love!!!! It’s a hole. I would classify it as an luxurious hostel… Showers? Maybe you get some water pouring down. AC…. Does that even work. Btw- if you plan to pay by credit card…. NOPE!!! Cash only! Also, they were kind to hold our luggage in a separate “unlocked” closet accessible to the public. The only positive is the staff was kind and tried to accommodate. Ever again! My experience was horrible.

Excellent location!

Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat at the restaurant but the staff at the coffee bar were really great. Room was really small, that was the only downfall. Would definitely stay here again!
