I requested a high floor and received it(thank you), the room was spacious and clean. The room amenities were well stocked with plenty of tea and water available when needed. The Housekeeping staff do a wonderful job and were happy to have a chat and laugh in the corridor. I found the front desk staff to be attentive and knowledgeable regarding Patong. Requests were always done with a smile. Although on the main road , the noise factor from the traffic was low , even with my balcony doors being open. Great location and easy to navigate to the beach and Big C Pool was very good - it just needs some umbrellas on the bottom deck for sun protection, the upstairs level with the lie down shaded mattress were mostly occupied. I would definitely recommend this property and when I visit again will make sure that there are vacancies for room , especially room number 614. Good job all and thanks for a terrific stay.

Very clean and staff were always helpful. The rooftop pool, though small was never busy and we were always able to get a sun lounger. The rooms were clean and I couldnt fault anything about the hotel. It is in a perfect location to access Patong Beach or Bangla Road.

Excellent stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at best Western Pong Beach. All the staff were simply amazing and looked after all my needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The area they need to do a little improvement is bathroom cleaning. Some tile cleaner and a scrub brush along with 20 minutes of your time would make a big difference for cleanliness. I would stay at the best Western again, and would feel comfortable recommending it to friends.

Hotel is good, modern and clean rooms, no sound from the outside. Breakfast had many options, delicious omelets. Location is good, close to the night life and beach at the same time. Hotel is non smoking, except of pool area and outside smoking area. We didn't expect 2000 deposit in our final destination to be honest, that hit our cash budget in the end of our trip. Otherwise - good hotel.

Large clean hotel located short walk to main shopping centres, beach, and Bangla road. Roof top pool is very clean, next to the small gym. Rooms away from main road very quiet. All rooms same size size just different bed configuration are on the smaller size if you have family like us. Not many english tv channels and reception quality needs to be upgraded. All staff were excellent, especially maintenance and reception staff. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of dishes, especially middle eastern as expected given that the hotel has many middle eastern guests. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

I loved the property and the staff. It was just off the busy streets and was quieter than most areas. The security measures were great in case you are traveling solo. They have elevator key access to only your floor and pool and they have an extra chain lock only you can open and lock from inside. I came alone and felt welcomed and safe. The cleanliness was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 stars is because the breakfast food was average and the halls echo and sometimes some guests can be drunk and loud but it’s great for someone who wants to enjoy patong but need some quiet from time to time. I loved it.
