The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. The property around the room was duty, we had problems flushing the toilet, the shower water was cold, they have plastic underneath the sheets of your bed, the tv very old. The staff were very helpful and polite though.
