WILDLIFE WARNING
This desert oasis is home to Arizona’s unique wildlife, including scorpions, snakes, and insects. While the property is regularly treated for pests, encounters may still occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed, staying aware of your surroundings, and using caution outdoors — especially at dusk and dawn.

PRIVACY
The pool is serviced on Mondays and Wednesdays between 12 PM - 4 PM. Service is routine and not intrusive, but please plan accordingly if you’d prefer to use the pool outside of those hours.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

POOL HEATING
The pool is available year-round. There is a $150/day fee for pool heating at this home.

Please note that pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If adequate notice isn’t provided, we cannot guarantee that the pool will reach optimal temperature by check-in. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure the best possible experience during your stay.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SECURITY
There is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door of this Wander, but it is currently not functional. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
