You'll never be far from the action in this designer home - in fact, you'll be minutes from Old Town and all of Scottsdale's best dining and shops!



The Space:

This beautiful South Scottsdale home is the perfect launching pad to experience all that the city has to offer. Whether you are travelling to visit Old Town, looking to hike with your friends, or travelling with friends to golf, this home will work for your group.



All the furniture is brand-new and modern. The living room has a Netflix Equipped Smart TV and a huge sectional. The kitchen and dining area is set up with everything that you'll need for cooking. There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and all the essentials that you'll need for a great stay.



The outdoor area is truly special. There's a large pool and patio, lawn chairs, and a comfy hammock. There's a screened in porch area with table tennis and a high top seating area.



This is truly one of the best spots in Scottsdale!



Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There's a King bed in the master bedroom, plus a couch that converts into a sofa bed in the Master Bedroom.



This is a four bedroom home that is perfect for groups. There's also a garage that fits one car, a driveway, and free street parking available.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to all the amenities in the house.



The Neighborhood:

Scottsdale is a beautiful place to visit. The center of the city is Old Town, and you'll be minutes away from all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping. My home is located close to the Pima Freeway, which puts everything in Greater Scottsdale and Phoenix a short drive from my home.



Getting Around:

There's free parking at my home for up to two vehicles - one in the garage and one in the driveway, and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. There's additional street parking that's free and easily available. Ubers are a great option to get to the city, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one.
