ノースフェニックス ホテル

「新築ホテルで快適に過ごせました」

「My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.」

「Ok」

「Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly with all the amenities in the room one could ask for including a microwave, mini sink, and even a small sink with basic utensil! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall the hotel is meticulously maintained and kept, highly recommend! I will for sure consider this hotel next time I have to stay in the area.」

「The room was spacious. The ac was good. The Wifi was too difficult to access. The light and fan under the microwave did not work.」

「Great staffs!」

「The room was clean, and it was BEAUTIFUL!」

「Nice hotel, would stay again」

「Nice new facility. However, a few issues with cleanliness, and bed comfort. Di d not have bath towels when I arrived. They did respond and fix this quickly. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and some dirt/dust in bathroom that was not related to my stay!! Also, TV would not turn off with remote! Hopefully they replaced the batteries. Some of the instruction with access to facility was a bit confusing but I was able to figure it out!! The unit itself was nice and didn't spend much time...
