Orange Tree Golf Resort 1 Bedroom Suite

1 BR 1 Bath suite on the golf course at Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Available for a one-week rental (7 days, no more, no less). The week must begin on a Saturday or Sunday. Dates are somewhat flexible; however, they fill up very fast in peak season (e.g. Spring Training baseball)

Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and sink.

The bathroom has dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.

The bedroom can have either 2 doubles or one king bed and the living room couch is also a fold-out bed. So the suite comfortably sleeps 4 adults or up to 6 people if some are children.

An outdoor patio exists off the living room.

The resort has a swimming pool and hot tub along with children's activities. Free movie rentals are available from the front desk. The resort has a restaurant and bar and offers inexpensive golf and dinner specials in the late afternoon.

Property is older property but well maintained. Though the majority of the units are not close to the parking lot the staff is always available for transportation via golf carts. If you prefer to walk even walking late at night the access is well lit, with an attentive security team. Pros:* 2 outdoor sitting areas for upstairs unit.* Quiet property at nightCons: * No Cooktop in the unit - should consider adding small inductive cooktop in units. * Only 3 washer/dryer for entire property* Unit did not have ceiling fan and could not open any windows

Great location, beautiful unit on the golf course, great communication, should highly recommend. Traveled from Alaska for a week of golf and sunshine, and hope to be back soon.

Excellent experience with VRBO and the owner of this property. Confirmation of availability was prompt. Payment went smoothly. Owner was outstanding with communication. The Resort staff was very friendly. The only glitch was that there was a delay in check in time. Room was clean and comfortable. The jetted bath tub and large shower were a pleasant surprise. Resort was very clean and quiet. Would definitely come back again.
