This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom second floor condo (half a flight of stairs) is under 1 MILE to it all: Fashion Square Mall, Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, golf and more! You can take a leisurely stroll and reach Old Town in under 20 minutes. Maya Condo complex also has a large pool, hot tub, rec room and small gym. The condo features an updated fully stocked kitchen, bedroom with king bed , one bathroom and patio. Come be our guest and enjoy all the Scottsdale has to offer!

Nice spacious unit. Enjoyed using the spa and workout room. Temps too chili to use pool.Convenient location to things we wanted to do. Parking close to unit.

Good property in excellent location

We loved the location of the property. Easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale, many restaurants and Scottsdale Stadium. Condo was clean and functional. Joel, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
