Location is excellent for walking to shops, meals etc. Rental is well stocked with essentials to make the stay comfortable. Host is very responsive and check in was a breeze!

9-day Getaway

Great communication from hosts throughout the process. Property was as described in a wonderful location near all the old town Scottsdale shops, restaurants, and bars. Would recommend.

Perfect little condo, great location

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for! We stayed here to attend a nearby wedding - location was great and the hosts were very communicative and helped with an early check in to drop off bags, etc. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Spring Training in Scottsdale

I initially rented this condo based on the photos of the inside, the proximity to Old Town Scottsdale (a walkable mile at most), and the stellar reviews from prior renters. Upon arrival I was shocked at what I saw. Dead and dying plants, cigarette butts by the pool, weeds galore, bird droppings on the entry walls, walkways cluttered with sand and rocks. The entry to our unit was not welcoming at all. But once inside I could see some effort had been made and it was nice, perfect for us. Both patios needed attention tho before we could sit out there. This all may be a maintenance and or housekeeping issue. Hopefully an easy fix.

Old Town 2br

The checking and communication with our hosts was top rate. The location is a short walk to Old Town and nearby attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and the bed comfortable. The rating of 4 vs 5 stars is due to the presence of rust in the grout in the shower in the second br’s shower stall as well as the uncleaned area in the kitchen where the trash bin is located.

Great condo!

This condo was wonderful and you can not beat the location. Close enough for an easy walk to Old Town restaurants and galleries, but in a quiet location. It could not have been better.

Scottsdale girls weekend

The property was the perfect home base for our girls weekend. This property had 2 kings so we each had a little more space while sharing beds. The location was within a 5-15min walk of so many good restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay and the photos are accurate. Great location within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and also a Starbucks & Walgreens are a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick visit to Scottsdale

Unit acommodated 3 adults very comfortably. It is in a nice condo complex and the pool is steps outside the back door. It was too cool for us to use, but would be ideal in the summer months. We enjoyed the easy walk into old downtown.

Excellent location to walk to everything. Well stocked kitchen with pans, utensils, and all you need to prepare meals just like at home. Very comfortable beds, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in shower makes it very convenient. Plenty of towels (bath, kitchen and pool) and extra linens are great. 4 chaise lounge chairs to use is such a wonderful added touch. Washer, dryer, and provided laundry and dish soap makes all so easy. Code for door for entire family to access at any time. Covered parking

Perfect location

Place was as pictured. Neat, clean, and had no issues. Perfect location to downtown for dining and shopping. Quiet neighbors and pool was steps from the door. Would highly recommend for your stay in Scottsdale.

Location and decor!

We were close to so many great restaurants and places for wine tasting. The bed was so comfortable, as was the wonderful oversized sofa in the living room. Loved the decor in the bathrooms😊

Quick Trip

Perfect location to downtown Scottsdale! We walked to some great dinner spots and enjoyed our stay. Very clean and updated place, would recommend and stay again!
