This Scottsdale retreat invites you to relax, recharge, and spend time together in a home designed for comfort, fun, and connection. With space for up to 12 guests, you’ll find plenty of room to gather and enjoy every moment of your stay

Sleeping arrangements
The home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two levels. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and an adjacent room with a full-size sofa-sleeper. A second bedroom includes a queen sofa-sleeper, and there is an additional bathroom with a stand-up shower and double vanity. Upstairs, another primary bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and large closet. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen and a twin bed. A shared bathroom upstairs includes a tub/shower combination with a double vanity.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is a hub for relaxation and play. Enjoy the optional heated pool and hot tub, or gather around the fire pit in the evening. A large covered patio with outdoor dining, comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill makes it easy to spend full days outside. The fully fenced yard also includes a putting green and space for games, with outdoor furniture and 24-hour access to the pool and hot tub.

Kitchen & dining
Cook and share meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a stainless steel electric stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and a full set of cookware and dinnerware. Essentials like oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with barbecue utensils and wine glasses. A spacious dining table and open floor plan connect the kitchen with the living room, so mealtimes flow naturally into conversation and relaxation.

Entertainment & family features
Challenge each other to a round of pool or board games, or enjoy children’s books and toys with the little ones. Six TVs throughout the home provide plenty of entertainment options, while a dedicated workspace with a door allows for focus when needed. Families will appreciate thoughtful touches including a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware.

Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans. The home also provides a washer, free dryer, ironing essentials, hangers, extra linens, and room-darkening shades. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, exterior security cameras at the entrance, and noise sensors that monitor decibel levels without recording audio or video.
