"Substandard conditions, severe privacy violations, and no proactive resolution."
I booked a week-long stay at this building but encountered terrible living conditions immediately upon arrival, including dirty linens and a severe mold/mildew smell. Management had to place industrial fans in the unit that ran for multiple days, making the environment incredibly uncomfortable. The bottom of the sheetrock had been cut away due to the severe mold issues.
Despite communicating these issues to the host throughout the entire week, they never proactively offered an alternative unit or a meaningful solution to make the stay acceptable. Instead, we faced constant disruptions, with maintenance and staff entering repeatedly. This culminated on our final afternoon when a staff member walked directly into our unit completely unannounced without even knocking. This property is poorly managed, lacks basic privacy, and is entirely unfit for a comfortable stay.
