2. Absolutely No Smoking. This is a no smoking complex and apartment unit.

3. Please treat this apartment as if it were your home. We trust you will be mindful of cleanliness.

4. Please do not tamper with the smoke detectors in the apartment as it could incur a $1000 fine from the building. (Do not risk it, it has happened before!)

5. Please do not disrupt the building management. Contact me with any requests or issues and I will take care of it ASAP for you.
