Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces.
Other things to note
No loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated and neighbors must be respected at all times. It's ok for you to have fun and enjoy your but we do expect that you treat the home as your own and be courteous to those that live around the property.
No smoking in home! Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 fine for smoke removal.
Pets are allowed on an approved basis. Breed restrictions apply and there is a pet fee on any approved pets.
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival to allow for time to heat.
Please note that the 3rd bathroom is a full bathroom outside by the swimming pool. It includes a shower.
No local bookings without at least 3 Five Star Reviews or prior consent from host. No unauthorized guests at the property without prior approval.
