If you like nothing more then to sit on the deck and take in natures beauty with pristine sunsets then this Ahwatukee Golf & Nature condo is for you! This Lovely Spanish Colonial condo features 1 Queen Size bed in the upstairs Master and 2 Twins in the 2nd bedroom, and an open family room with vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Relax at the community Swimming Pool or Spa after playing a round of Golf or hiking at South Mountain Preserve. The Pima trailhead is just steps away. Looking to be here because of a re-location? This home will suit your needs while you transition to the Valley. It's close to freeways, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Minimum 6 month stay requirement.

PETS, with Lessor Approval $200 non-refundable fee per pet.
