DON’T STAY HERE!
Where should I begin…this house is dated, dirty and in need of repairs.I never received a physical address of the location after booking. I had to call the property managers the day of check in to find the house.I walked into an overwhelming smell of a strong deodorizer to mask smells. It gave me a headache.The bedding was dirty & smelled bad. I had to wash it before I could sleep on it. Half of the reclining theater chairs were broken. The strong fragrance smell was coming from there. The theater carpet had tons stains. I never used that room because of the smell and broken chairs. The lights in the master bath flickered and all of the tv & fan remotes were not working. I called the property managers and they came the next day with new light bulbs & batteries. They couldn’t fix the chairs so they sent someone the next day and they couldn’t fix them either. 2 days of my stay were interrupted with repairs. The property managers said I had to pay extra to heat the spa/hot tub to use it. I told them it never said that in the property description details and I wouldn’t be paying for it. The hot tub water smelled stagnant so I asked when the water had been changed and they wouldn’t answer so I never used it. On top of all of that - the washing machine was not level & very loud; light fixtures were filthy; master shower was coming off the wall; kitchen was not outfitted well - old pans & not enough dinnerware.Not even a free day after this bad experience.
