Overall pleasant overnight stay. Staff were welcoming upon arrival and let me store my luggage and use the pool before check in time. My room was available early and I was grateful to be able to check in at around 10:30am. Very central in a busy market area and great food options, walking distance to most places and Tuk Tuks available outside. I was in a rush and didn’t get to experience the full breakfast offerings but looks like there was a good choice. Only one lift covering 12 floors is a bit inconvenient and you can be waiting a while but otherwise not bad. The building is a bit dated and don’t expect anything super fancy, but I had a great stay. Thank you :)

The front desk staff were very helpful. Lucky, the hotel Tuk-Tuk driver was friendly and dependable. Mr Hong and other staff in the breakfast and pool areas were kind, helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming.

Nice comfortable stay

Nice swimming pool unfortunately the bar opens late. Comfortable bed, the shower like almost all in cambodia is not properly fixed in the wall...but that is in many hotels. Good breakfast, small maintenence for broken pieces will be good.

My 3rd stay at Orussey One and the property is always well maintained, staff are welcoming and friendly and a fabulous sky bar which Nori and Charles always attend to your drinking needs with the best cocktails and with very reasonable prices. Sun Kimhun has you covered whether it’s a snack or a full meal to satisfy your hunger without having to leave the comfort of the hotel. The location is also very close to main part of Phnom Penh. Will always stay here when visiting my friends in Phnom Penh.

Loved the location of this place even though it's far away from the river area which is more oriented to expats and travelers. The hotel is mostly clean yet the room we had had some odd off putting bits and we had to fix the shower head ourselves as it would fall off as soon as you'd turn on the water. Oddly it had a safe that wasn't fixed to anything so you literally could walk out with it if you were creative. The breakfast was ample and tasty and the staff hugely courteous and lovely. I'd stay here again probably. Just note that the photos look a lot better than in real life thanks to photoshop wizardry. Overall it's a nice enough place and close to everything in the mid city. If you aren't used to walking in crazy traffic then this might be a bother but you can tuk tuk everywhere easy enough. Use the Grab app or you will have prices over quoted.

Fantastic Hotel and Amazing tuk-tuk driver

We had such a wonderful stay in Phnom Penh and the Orussey is part of what made our visit so great. The service levels were outstanding, with a friendly and approachable team. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The only downsides were that the shower wasn't hot (not the biggest issue as the city was so hot, but a cold shower is still not ideal) and the TV didn't work (probably just dead batteries in the remote control - we didn't miss the TV, but it could be missed by other guests). The highlight of this hotel for us was the tuk-tuk driver, Kiri! He is the warmest, most attentive man we've met. We genuinely miss him! He was fantastic in showing us around the city, ensuring we ate at nice places, knew how to get into everywhere we wanted to see, patiently waited for us at each stop and was sincerely one of the nicest people we've ever met. There were no attempts to divert us from where we wanted to go, no attempts to encourage us to buy anything or pay extra. He is an absolute asset to the hotel and I hope he is told how much we enjoyed his company.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast every morning of my stay. Good swimming pool. Staff at all levels are very friendly and helpful and any minor problems are resolved promptly. Conscientious maid who cleaned my room diligently. Cannot find fault with this hotel and hope to stay again soon.
