「This room was very comfortable and adequate. Dean and Emilio at the front desk continuously assisted us I bringing to our room items that we requested for accessibility needs. We would recommend this room.」

「The staff was very pleasant. Everything was clean and pricing was great. We only stayed one night in our way home from a long road trip and the hotel did not disappoint.」

「Quiet」

「The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds weren’t very comfortable though.」

「Excellent hotel! Great staff! Very nice room!!」

「I remember when this place was a special hotel in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, it is so dated and it has not kept up with what usually happens in hotels. For example. there was no microwave in the room. However, I found a microwave next to an ice machine that was not functioning. The location was dirty -- no way was I using it. Luckily it was not overwhelmingly strong. Street noise was loud but was drowned out by a sound machine. However the...

「Everything outside the room was fine, no complaints there….but the room, omg no no no….the chair in the room had stains on it, the bed comforter had a stain on it, the light on the ceiling when you walk in the room was hanging by one screw and when you shut the door, it would shake, the paint on the ceiling in the bathrooms was peeling off and flaking, only had 1 bath towel in the room….yaaaaa never never again will I stay here」

「A new clerk. Very slow, felt sorry for her. Good thing it wasn't too busy.」

「Would stay again and everything was great!」
