"For what we paid, it was acceptable but I won’t stay again. The room I selected wasn’t available because housekeeping didn’t show, which was a slight problem but not huge. The room smelled absolutely awful. The carpet needs desperately cleaned. There were still hairs on the floor in the bathroom. There’s a pool but no whirlpool as promised. I’ll definitely plan my next stay closer to my daughter’s campus, the drive, the experience and the lack of food choices negate the savings on the hotel. The blonde woman at the desk is a peach, love her. "

"It is not a luxury hotel but it’s not luxury prices either. Get what you pay for. Staff were nice, walls a little thin but in a quiet area of town so no outside noise, not many options on TV, breakfast just ok. "

"The facility was perfect location for our weekend activities and we loved having the kitchen to bake food in for a family gathering we attended. We were traveling with extended family so having the 2 bedroom, 2 bath units was so handy. Everything was clean and tidy, in great shape and the staff were professional. We will be back! "

"Posh hotel in excellent venue location. Stayed for the Big XII basketball tournament and this hotel is 5 blocks from the venue. Easily walkable. Parking, food, gift shop is all very pricey, but expected with this level of hotel in a downtown location."

"The tub was clogged we were standing in our own bath water while showering, the air was not working in our room. The ice machine was not working. They charged for parking $12 but when asked if we needed a parking pass we were never told they charge to park ! Like there was no place else to park. I will never stay in another double tree hotel. "
