The room is definitely aged but considering the price I paid no big deal. It was all clean but you can tell there are things that need to be fixed or updated. The staff was SUPER friendly!! I would highly especially if you have a family and need some space and don’t want to feel stressed about being a family in a hotel. We will be staying here again!

Very nice place with everything we needed. The only complaint is there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, otherwise everything was very clean and well accommodated.

Clearly a converted apartment complex. Really liked the large room(s). Location near the University was great. Carpet was pretty old and needs replacing. Bathrooms could use some updating.

The space was great, clean and convenient, LOVED having the coffee shop downstairs! Also the front desk manage Angie was incredible, so so helpful and attentive. We will absolutely be back next year!

The kitchen was fully equiped the rooms were clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The balcony offered a good view of the street below.

Everything was superb! The attention to detail in the rooms. Everything was perfect. I got pictures of why this is a wonderful place to stay.

The facility itself was clean and a decent place to stay and if you do not want to lose your security deposit you had better clean the room yourself before you check out. We did like we would at any other hotel and left the towels in the bathroom in one pile on the floor and we left the trash in the trash can but that is apparently not acceptable because we were told that the room was excessively dirty and it took an excessive amount of time to clean so we would not be getting our security deposit back. When I called and talked to the manager about it she said that she was not goi g to look into the claims made by the cleaning staff and it is what it is.

We stayed here for a wedding. We had a two year old with us. They do not have cribs or pack n plays available. We were on the third floor. There is no elevator so we had to climb up and down the stairs with all the kids and luggage. It was very inconvenient. The pillows were small, square pillows and not a normal size for a queen size bed. The stove burners were all uneven, which made it difficult to cook on. The blinds had some broken slats in the living area. Also, when we woke up the 2nd morning, there were ants everywhere on the living room table. I will say that I also heard scurrying in the wall in the front bedroom on multiple occasions. Not sure if it was mice or squirrels. The streetlight shined through the blinds and lit the room up at night. Also, you can hear every car that passes in that room so it was difficult to sleep. There was no breakfast. I don’t think I would stay here again but it served its purpose for what we needed. The staff was nice enough. The room was equipped with a laundry facility.
