My flat was in a central location close to the university. The bed and bathroom very clean, but the kitchen was not! There were no clean pans available, and no kettle to heat water. However, the place was roomy and cheerful if a little expensive for what was offered.

Be aware that the lobby closes at 11pm. Not sure what happens if you arrive late. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Very noisy street right outside.

This was an excellent property. Our living space was huge and so comfortable for all of us. The proximity to Washburn was an added bonus. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

It’s a lot of space for a good price. The floors could just use a deep cleaning and there was trash in the couch cushions. Pretty nice over all.

Street noise was very loud, no curtains on the bedroom window so it was bright from the street lights all night. Mattress was not very comfortable. Large spacious space but smelled like stale cigarette smoke and was very outdated.

The property was very conveniently located. The cost for two bedrooms and a full kitchen could not be matched. Only downside was a decent amount of street noise, and it was lacking blackout curtains, but having stayed in many Topeka hotels, I’d chose this over them every time.

Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!

Great room for the price, enjoyed the two separate bedrooms was awesome especially for the price. Stairways first impression was dirty and needs to me washed more frequently, building is next to a busy intersection so noise level from cars at night will wake you at times if you stay in front room. however for the price the amount of space you get for the price is worth the small issues you come accross.

It was a pleasant surprise from staying in cramped hotels. It was an apartment building turned into a hotel. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Which was a crazy find. No one had to share. The place was cool when the temps outside where hot humid and miserable. Staff helped us find a place to eat. We ate at the Red Robin. That was cool. it overlooked the city.

Where do I start? Upon entering the room, it was very spacious yet had a smell of smoke. Walked to the balcony to air out the room, opened up the balcony doors, and I immediately smelled marijuana. The carpet was pretty stained, but beds were clean and freshly made and the bathroom was clean. Went to throw something in the dryer and there was a sewer smell near the washer. Luckily it was not overwhelmingly strong. Street noise was loud but was drowned out by a sound machine. However the domestic dispute at 3:45 am that was either right next to us or just down stairs was not drowned out. There was screaming, stomping and door slamming. There of course is no management on site after 11:00pm so there was nothing I could do. Pretty scared as it was just myself and my daughter. We could not get out of there fast enough in the morning.
