Please be aware the city of Philadelphia says it is unlawful for guests to do anything that changes the residential character of the neighborhood such as excessive noise (be careful on the roof), vibrations, glare, odors, or other effects that unreasonably interfere with our neighbors' enjoyment of their residences.
Also by law, if you invite guests to the property, they are only allowed between 8 am - 12 am.
