"We had 2 major inconveniences: First, the entry to the hotel from the street is on a bus-only lane. As such, we had to park in the garage and schlep our stuff over without a cart. We didnt have time to unload on the street. Secondly, the promised EV charging was not on the property (in same garage) ..."
