"Absolutely beautiful scenery and very close to Berchtesgaden hiking, lake and other points of interest. The room itself is spacious and very modern, in contrast to the outside of the hotel which looks like most of the charming and traditional Alpine houses that are common to the region. Das Appartement (Sun) hat alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht (großes Bad, Sauna, gut ausgestattete Küche, ...). Die Lage ist super! In 3 min bei der nächsten Gondel und auch sonst ist alles im Dorf (Bäcker für Sonntage, Aprés-Ski-Bars, Cafés, ...). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! "

"If you are even considering it, book it. If you’ve seen The Sound of Music, know anything about history, or just want to eat breakfast in a palace, do it. It’s not a cheap price but it’s not a cheap experience. You get what you pay for, and for that reason I think it’s a fair price. This was the emotional highlight of my trip and I’ll be sure to be back whenever I’m in Salzburg (which I hope is again very soon)"
