"Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

Even though it rained throughout our entire stay, the scenery was still beautiful, and the hotel provided a Sommer Card for activities in the Hochkönig area—which would have been fantastic had the weather cooperated. "The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"
