「I booked the home many weeks in advance with it saying on Expedia it was fully refundable up until a day before arriving. I tried to cancel the stay because our flight was cancelled and there was no refund. When I tried to contact the owner several times I received no response and was billed 100% of the rental rate. Not only will I not stay here again, I will not trust any of these “homes” to honor their refund policy.」

「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

「Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% 」
