"The staff was friendly and accommodating. For a place like Trinidad where decent and civil customer service is a foreign and unknown concept; Hyatt's service makes you feel like they're happy to have and accommodate you. This was our second time there as a family and it's solely because of that; and we'll be back for sure. Adanna (I might have her name wrong) who serves guests during the breakfast/brunch hours is truly a delight. This is the second time meeting her and her work ethics and jovial personality remain in tack. I hope she's well rewarded for that. Luke, we met for the first time and was also a gem. He inquired on our stay and asked us to review the hotel and the staff we came in contact with, so that they can continuously improve. Breakfast is always fun and lovely. We honestly refused to leave the hotel and had all our scrumptious meal onsite."

"We were there overnight so didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but it looked gorgeous & welcoming. "

"The front reception staff could be more welcoming, more informative. Upon arrival washroom was not working in lobby area, no wifi, sewer problems. On our second day the sewer stunk..on our way to the pool. Pool area, everything dirty, lounge chairs, pool water cold, hot tub area not working. Place looks run down, nothing to do in the resort. We booked a room with 2 double bed, went out..when we came back our bed was wet because the AC water dipped and soaked the mattress. We were move and put into a penthouse suite. Happy for that. Breakfast and staff were great, very friendly. (Jamal our server was great) Our rooms had no kettle, no coffee, no tea as advertised. I would give it 2 out of 5. Stayed May 2026."

"The stay was great. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were very well kept and clean. The breakfast was great, however it would have been Amazing to have the local dishes served at breakfast instead of having an American breakfast. Overall the stay was very pleasant. "
