「Beautiful room and en-suite in a lodge with four others, tucked away at the back of the garden. Very comfortable. Especially appreciated two armchairs, decent size fridge and small outside area with table and chairs.
Evening meal in the pub was also excellent. Lovely beer garden and attentive hosts. We didn't have breakfast as making an early start but ordered a packed lunch which was very handy.」

「This was a last minute booking as the hotel we were supposed to stay in had been booked for 2026 by mistake (by me!). The room was really cosy, and we were made to feel really welcome in the bar. The continental breakfast was lovely, and hot food was available to purchase if we wanted it. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「We had a lovely stay. Andrew was a great host and showed us everything we needed. The bar was humming and our dinner was fabulous.
We had a great nights sleep. The renovated bathroom was excellent and had a nice big shower. Room 2 was lovely overall.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent..
Overall we had a lovely overnight stay at the Cricketers Inn and would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. 」
