"Overall nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff but there are areas in the room you can tell need to be cleaned or just touched up and replaced. "

"We got off to a rocky start, the gentleman at checkin was quite condescending to my boyfriend, he was trying to get the check in process started and the gentleman at reception just said "I can't help you" and while he was trying to get help, another guest came up asking for help with her coffee machine and he gave her the same response, just kinda rude. The extra blankets I requested for my kids felt like velcro and the bathroom door didn't close. Other than that, everything else was fine. Breakfast was good, the woman at checkout was kind and helpful. I've always liked Double Tree, so I'll chalk this up to a one off. Just needs a little maintenance and some customer service training here and there. Otherwise a good value!"

"Staff was rude, I asked about pool and she said it’s closed. I said oh no and she rudely said well you can stay somewhere else!! Do you want room or not!!! If it wasn’t late and I wasn’t so tired I may have went elsewhere! Our room was a good size and roomy. "

"We found a dirty glass under the console which was never picked up during our stay. There was a hole in my sheets and my pillow case was frayed and torn. Not a good experience."

"Didn't use Gym I dod check its contents and it wad adequate equipped. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. My only issue I was housed on a floor under construction and in a far corner with equipment in the hallway, Restaurant and bar under construction. This should have been communicated. Great locations!!!!"
